酸辣木耳

材料:水发云耳一杯,姜片一片,葱 1/4根,蒜瓣2个, 酱油2茶匙,醋1茶匙,糖1/2茶匙,盐少许,油辣椒1茶匙
做法:
水发木耳发开之后,开水烫煮15分钟,捞出放凉; 其余材料切碎。放入拌均,放冰箱,食前取出即可(进冰箱加盖一个保鲜膜)
