材料:4只鸡蛋,6片白菜,半磅猪肉末。姜末胡椒粉,生抽1茶匙,盐生粉
做法:先备制蛋皮。然后细细切丝。肉末放盐姜末生粉胡椒粉,拌均,团成丸子。放置
白菜洗净,纵向切丝,铺盘子垫底,撒点盐,将丸子裹上蛋丝,放在白菜上,每个丸子淋点点生抽,上笼大火蒸15-20分钟,即可。
