材料:陈皮一块,放水里回软洗净切丝。鸡翅6-8个,香菇6-8朵,韩国酱2茶匙,蒜瓣4-5个,姜片1片切丝,啤酒半杯
做法:锅内放油将蒜瓣姜丝爆香,放鸡翅炒出金黄色,然后放入韩国酱翻炒,加啤酒,香菇,陈皮,水一杯,文火加盖煨煮30分钟。收汤即可
