When you go to the Security Bureau to 消户， you must hand in your passport. They will give you a 三联单，拿单子去档案所在地盖章，再去油管所消粮油后盖章，再去派出所消户盖章，最后拿者盖了仨章的单子回公安局换回护照和领出境卡。
