The theme in the forum is that we only debate over the presented issues, we never attack other people's
personality. hehe,, you should understand that everybody has a different
view, if you don't like it, post your own view, but never, ever attack personal characters irrelevant to the issue. The major reason that we go to a forum is that we can speak out those thoughts that we can't speak in the work place, and we don't have to be politically correct. This is called "professionalism" in North America.
