I guess you only looked at the surface. True, everybody looks nice, they are polite to everybody, but that's only a culture thing, it doesn't represent what they think. All my chinese friends who have hung around in US for a long time say that Americans are hypocritical. True, in the face of the LAW, everybody is the same, but does the name "OJ. Simpson" reminds you something? With money, you can hire a good lawyer who can turn the black into white. As far as the business is concerned, this is a money driven world, if you have ever taken the first class flight, you will know that's a completely different service than economic class.
