Do analyze it in ten seconds and find the core tech or problem or architecture special, then sak them. Every interview, they only arrange 5 minutes on this seesion, but if you raise some thing interesting, the interview will last more help an hour. especially in tech-interview.
Warn them you are the expert and do the process ASAP or you will accept others. I get first offer for 8 days and second 2 days and third two hours. For I threaten them Some time I think this way does work!
Dress and Language is important, but not most. If you cannot commuincate with them, try have them slow down and repeat. In first some interview, I do not know it and 吃亏. Now, I know, they like guy skilled than spoken English...
