much details about their experience. I'm an engieeering guy and unfortunately almost all my friends are in the industry/academic fields. However, I think you still have chances to stay in the medical career although it's not as easy as switching to the IT-related fields. Sorry for not being able to provide more useful information. BTW, I also came from Hangzhou and am really home-sick these days while browsing the web-pages introducing the magnificent scenes, delicious foods and colorful lifes at Hangzhou.
