任何运动,都包括两个作用:消耗脂肪,强壮肌肉。不管你用哪里运动,消耗的都是全身的脂肪。而腹部脂肪最先积累,最后消耗。所以,仰卧起坐的目的不是消耗腹部脂肪,而是增加腹肌强度。(这是从前学的知识,不知过时没有)
