蒜香鸡翼
材料:鸡翼(整个的鸡翼从关节处切开成三段),大蒜,生抽,老抽,糖,盐。
(1)将鸡翼洗干净,用上述调料拌匀,放入冰箱腌一晚。
(2)将腌好的鸡翼粘上干面粉。
(3)油锅烧热,放入鸡翼,炸至金色捞出。全部炸好后,再放入油锅内稍炸即成。
