一磅以上鸡翅膀, 加入Honey Garlic 汁(FoodBasics有卖, $2.67),1/3 瓶, 酱油少许, 状元牌辣椒豆豉(金山有卖)一大勺, 一整头蒜切碎, 一头洋葱掰成片, 料酒少许, 糖, 盐 少许, 用刷子抹匀后喂着一小时以上, 放入烤箱(器皿盖上盖), 350 度, 大约一个半小时后当汁收了快没有为好. 取出就可以吃了. 每次来客献丑, 不管能吃辣还是不能吃辣的都抢着吃它, 每每传授此方, 朋友回家请客接着受好评.

那位大侠善于做菜,请告知如何做肉菜。我本不会做菜,移加后以学会炒土豆丝,炒苦瓜,自我感觉不错。只是不习惯猪肉味,老吃清水煮鸡腿,都腻味了。
