肉切好后(管他是丁是丝是块是片),先放点淀粉酱油煨一煨(数分钟即可),这样下锅后易熟且不硬。最好是先切肉,煨上。然后再准备其他蔬菜,这样菜弄好了,肉也煨好了,就可以开做。
