you have to prepare: notarial deeds of graduation, degree, academic record, birth, marriage(if applicable),and not having criminal record etc.
general speak, not having criminal record and notarial certificate of professional experience should have been sealed by your company( they have your file).
no way to avoid from this case.
you can prepare reference letters by yourself and ask your friends sign for you.
