You have known enough stuff. Platform is not a problem for you if you are not a System Adminitrator. For instance, I have worked on IBM AIX, Sun Solaris, and HP-UX. But all the Unix machines looks the same to me, because I am just a user and I don't work as a root.
Java is a good direction. It is now a hipe for companies to adapt Java technolgies, whatever the project is. In particuler, more and more Web sites are be developed using Java Servlets and JSP technologies.
You have have hands-on expriences, not just some textbook knowledge,
In the developement environemnt, Windows NT workstation seems to be indispensible, even there is a Unix box. Usually, people run a server on Unix box and write code on Windows NT workstation. Sometimes, people use Hummingbird Exceed or similar software to connect to Unix box and similate an X-terminal on the Windows NT.
Say again, if you are a mature developer, you should be able to work on Windows NT and Unix. Of course, you need not be experts in these systems. You are just users.
focus on Java technologies. Good luck＜本文发表于: 相约加拿大:枫下论坛 www.rolia.net/f ＞
