To cook shrimp

1.add green onion, ginger, wine and salt to water
(salt should be some 3 times as the amount when make soup. this is very important)

2. heat up water to boiled

3. add shrimp and start stop-watch
( east china town, price on last weekend for live shrimp is 20 dollars a pound)

4. stop at 3 minutes and take out shrimp out of water immediately.

5. serve with heated chinese yellow wine or room tempreture western white wine.
