1)Ielts band before application is only accepted by Canadian HK Embassy, not by BJ Emb.2)If you sumit you application first , you will be processed earlier. 3)If you have good conditions, do you think yourself that you may have the chance to be aived? 4)I can't see any inconvinience to write the Ielts after you have summitted.
