Apartments are cheaper than T, about $300 to $500 for one bedroom. Chinese food is a little bit more expensive than T, but hardly noticed. I was told that the government
does pay you to learn French. No personal experience here. ESL, not sure. Overall, I felt that life is easier in M than T if one has a job.
