It's a good idea. I don't think we can build it by ourselves. Otherwise there will be more issues need to be discussed, like power supply, water supply, sewer. If you move out of city, you also need to consider things like where to work, where to shopping, where your kids go to school, etc.

I say we can have a blueprint, choose a location and talk with real estate company. Location IS important.

And this community should not be an isolated town.
