我听说将短期出境卡换成定居卡需要注销户口，但是我去公安局和出入境管理局换定居卡时他们并没有要我注销户口就给我换定居卡了，请问这样在出关时是否会有问题，并且注销户口是在什么样情况下进行的，谢谢！
