突然想起来为我儿子摄的录像带已经存了10几盘啦，其中包括在妈妈肚子里嘬手指的珍贵镜头（B超时摄的），至今已经8年了。听说录像带保存的时间不长，很象做成VCD。请教：1.自己做能否可行？需要什么？花费多少？2.若在北京做，什么价？具体在哪儿？
