听人说，红药水紫药水里有致癌物，不适合用于创伤处理。可是，夏天到了，小娃娃光胳膊光腿的，常会有碰的小伤小口，不用红药水紫药水用什么？我曾试着用眼药膏，效果奇差。谁有好办法？
