Thank you for your comments on my posting. Indeed, I hope you don't get emotional at my postings. I failed those job candidates for some reasons, good or bad. When I was turned down, and when I lost my job, no employeer showed sympathy on me. This is the rule of game. I am justing playing games according rules. If you were at my position, probably you would not be more reasonable that I am. I posted all these things simply for offering some examples for people to analyze. I would be happy to be a target for those friends who are huting for jobs. However, plesse don't direction weapons at me... :-) :-)....Except for Jabber, who would like to post these insider scoops about hiring people? If you try to see the positive information in my posting, y ou will see overlook something you don't feel good.
