I have passed the physical examiniation last week, it means i and my wife had to go to CA within 1 year.
We have CS and EE master degree, I am a CTO in a website now, and my wife worked as project manager in a big telecom compane in south china. We have the home income more than 500K RMB annually. I think after landing in CA we have to struggle as beginner, to be a programmer again. the trouble is we can NOT be a good programmer as we could before( I am 34 now) .
The question is how can I protect my experience, I feel it's unfair to compete with those young programmers discarding my experience.
Is there anyone have any suggestion to me? thanks.
