I contacted Bell and was told to send email to abuse@sympatico.ca, I did so and Bell replied saying they are not responsible, even I have clearly told them that I didn't release my user ID or password to anyone else! So, be careful, or anyone has any smart ideas, such as installing a firewall, or simply cancel that dial-up service? Thanks.
