把肉炒好(炒成肉丝,肉片或肉丁),凉后,放保鲜合包成一菜一块,在冷冻室。上班前取一块下来,放入冷藏室。晚上会家时,煮饭时炒菜。这样更快,但我觉的不太新鲜。
