请教RESP问题，哪种好？昨天heritage的代理上门介绍,他们是保本的,98,99,2000年的回报都在8%以上,年管理费0.5%,会员费3900(孩子上大学时退还). 其它mutual fund都不保本,年管理费2.5-3%.有经验的大侠请进
