Hi everyone! I am having a problem after a recent switch of water heater service provider. The new company installed the new tank and promised to return the old tank back to the old company. It's now more than one month, they still didnt return the tank. The old company keeps chasing me for the tank and continues to charge me for the retal. I called the new company many times and every time they replied that they will  return it but will never comfirm a date. I have a feeling that we will have to pay for the missing tank eventually. What should i do? Did anyone have a similar experience? Any suggestion?
