One Way to Improve Your Sleep

Sometimes at night we feel hard to fall in sleep.  A lot of people’s experience shows that doing some simple work out before going to bed helps a lot.  However, sometimes we just don’t have a lot of energy to do it. 

Compare to other kind of exercise, yoga is more gentle and easier to do.  Here is a simple 8 minutes yoga exercise that you can do on your bed, before you actual fall in sleep:
