Regarding enjoying life:

As a high school student, schooling is the primary thing in life.  In my case, I enjoyed my life through the school works.  Receiving good marks made me feel great and it was a kind of achievement.  That's the kind of life you can enjoy only when you are a student.

Once you leave the school, there will be different things to enjoy.  But for now you simply enjoy the school things as much as possible.

Regarding the ultimate goals:

University is not the ultimate goal.  It's a step further towards a successful life.  There may be many different types of successful life, but with better education, the future life will be definitely more enjoyable.
