This means that, the restaurant owners will most likely increase prices as they will be required to pay more for their employees, but I’m ok with that as we’re tipping anyway now.

The only problem I can see is that, not all current tipped workers will welcome this change though, especially for those high-tips earners, they might end up getting a smaller paycheck. :)
