Student Street Style

Here is the second instalment to Ella Bowers’ street style fashion shoot.

My second outfit has more of a grunge feel to it, with darker shades and statement accessories. It is a perfect early winter outfit, if you don’t feel the cold on your legs like me! I feel this has more of a gothic style whilst still having elements of street and school girl.

This Warehouse denim skirt is one of my key items in my wardrobe all year round. I like dark denim but I also think that this outfit would look good with a lighter denim distressed denim skirt. One great thing about this skirt is that it has deep pockets for my phone and keys. My Topshop eyelet velvet belt, from last season, goes perfectly with this skirt and gives a tighter fit. I love the eyelet trend and I also have bag in a similar style.

I recently purchased this black sweatshirt from Zara. I love throwing on a baggy/oversized sweat and keeping it casual. I especially like this one because it is like pseudo-fan shirt top with bold lettering on the back and sleeves. Zara do some really cool abstract prints which can help you make a statement.

I love these leather boots with the studded heel; like my other ones, they are also from Zara. (Zara is like my heaven on earth). I purchased these second-hand so they’re a few seasons old but a good black boot will never go out of fashion! My glitter socks also make an appearance for a second time!

shop, Luvyababes. Believe it or not! I’ve not seen another one like it anywhere so I’m really pleased with it. (I’m sorry you can barely spot it!) Finally a finished off with my cute red bobble hat from Topshop last winter, perhaps the biggest essential for this season!
