Stayed in October, 2017.  The cost for 5 nights was NTD3315 (CAD$137 total, CAD$27.50 per night), a very competitive price.

It opens 24 hours, convenient for international guests who arrive late at night and need to recover from jet lag.  I woke up at 3am, was hungry, and was able to go out for food.

Hotel workers are very friendly and helpful.  When I complained about room being too small, they offered to change to a bigger room.  There is not enough furniture.  I have to leave many things on the floor.

Standard housekeeping was provided everyday. 

There was hot/cold drinking fountain on each floor.  Once the one on my floor stopped working.  I told a worker, he immediately gave me a lot of bottled water.  The machine worked again the next day.

Although it's a non-smoking hotel, there was a smoking smell in the hallway.

Coin-operated laundry is provided on the 7th floor.  They provided free detergent.
