My understanding (by reading this piece) is that there are five elements here, Flexibility + Strength + Stamina + Balance + Aparigraha.

The first four are rather physical exercises and the last one being a sort of mindset/medication. The obvious challenge I’m seeing is how to get all these done at the same time? Being a layman myself, I’m always impressed by the concept of Yoga, just wanted to get a better idea before jumping into something.
