6月10日的考试，觉得准备不充分，想Defer 到九月。请问谁知道deferral deadline 是这星期五还是考试当天下午4点。现在交 deferral fee $210+HST, 到九月份考试还要交另外的supplemental exam $350 吗？谢谢。
