A mid-market CA firm located in Toronto search for a Tax for their organization. They are a growing firm with a growing tax group and this Tax Specialist will help keep them on that growth curve. The firm offers up a great work / life balance, the chance to work with a wide range of interesting clients and a fantastic opportunity for additional growth within the firm. The ideal candidate for this role would have much of the following :
-Canadian CA / CGA / CPA
-Completion of level I if not ideally II of the CICA in-depth tax course or your MTax
-2+ years of full-time experience within a tax role in a CA firm
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Some experience with tax planning work as this role will be a mixture of compliance and planning
-Someone that is outgoing that likes working directly with end clients
-Someone that is willing to learn and tax direction well from a Tax Partner
-Any experience with commodity taxes would be an added plus
