Job Description

 We are looking for someone with solid transcripts and strong tax experience

working with entrepreneurs and private businesses.

 Opportunity to work directly with a tax partner on a variety of tax issues and

transactions, including, estate planning, corporate reorganizations, inbound

transactions, outbound transactions, and business succession planning.

Required Skills & Experience

 The ideal candidate will have a MTax degree from the University of Waterloo,

and 2-5 years of relevant tax experience working with private companies.

 The candidate must have the ability to work independently within a boutique firm

environment, and must possess the necessary skills to manage client files.

 Strong research, technical, analytical, and drafting skills are essential.
