Our client is seeking a very hands on and experienced accountant to serve as their Finance Manager. Working closely with remote Corporate office you will be handling full cycle accounting and consolidate financial statements from multiple entities.



RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Prepare and analyze financial statements

· Prepare annual budget and track cash flow forecasts

· Gather regular financial input from all chapters and consolidate

· Reconcile Bank statements and balance sheet accounts monthly

· Handle full accounting cycle, including A/R, A/P, Payroll and fixed assets registry

· Prepare H.S.T. and other tax remittances

· Liaise with external auditors, prepare audit working papers and file annual tax returns

· Process foreign currency conversion



QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 3-4 years of related work experience

· Undergrad degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance preferable

Designated CPA, CGA/CMA or enrolled in final years

· Advanced knowledge in Word and Excel

· Fast and accurate data entry skills

· Focused and detail-oriented

· Knowledge of ACCPAC is mandatory

· Good communication skills

· Ability to read and speak Chinese ( Mandarin) - preferred
