none of a few can become a millionaire by being as an employee (no matter what you do), I think finding a place and/or job that makes you kill the time happily is quite important, very often, we hang on to sth that we try not to think about is because of the fear of the change and uncertainties, this is another topic, rather, understanding this will make you clarify what you really want and what really bothers you career-wise, we all have a limited time to live and do the best with what you have learnt and be content with it.
