My understanding is that you can finish a degree before 2020. For experience requirement,
profitcenter(ProfitCenter)
if you had submitted CGA PERC before Aug 2015 you can keep doing it until Sept 2018. If you have not submitted PERC at all, you will have to do PERT under CPA. Good luck!
