1。有些客户需要帮助,一则他可能不知道在这种突发事件发生时该怎么办,二则他知道该怎么办,可能英语不行。2。这种突发事件发生了,机票代理公司应该第一时间知道改签或退款的事情。如果客户都知道了,代理公司的人员还不知道。这事情就比较难说了。难道按照以上的回帖,只能等专门的通知吗?
