试过,买了一条,本想抄鳝丝,但太难划成丝,整了很久,最后变鳝条了。味道没有国内的浓,但比冰冻的好太多。为何不做鳝团煲?是因为用过冰冻的做,味道很好,但可惜了快抄活鳝的鲜味。如果你有小李飞刀,可老调解鳝,包你吃的流油。
