偶的做法

ava_green (豆芽)
干辣椒一大碗,花椒一大勺,葱姜蒜(多一些蒜最香).做法: 热油(比较多油),下花椒煎出香味,把花椒捞出来扔了.然后放干辣椒进去煎成发黄红的颜色,捞起来备用.然后爆葱姜蒜,放螃蟹进去炒,放生抽两大勺,料酒一勺,倒入一部分辣椒一起炒,放少许水闷一下.可稍微加一点点糖提味.然后放如全部辣椒,炒均匀.出锅.就好了. (注意就是花椒一定要麻,辣椒也一定要辣).
