也想起了毛血旺

毛血旺,又称冒血旺,是源于重庆磁器口,是重庆小吃。用猪血加些配料如鸭肠、泥鳅、火腿肠、午餐肉、鸭肚、猪心、豆芽等。传统的清汤口味是用罐煨,麻辣口味的用一般的锅。

毛血旺来历
明建文帝朱允炆在靖难之役时,逃到磁器口宝轮寺,住持吩咐和尚上街买些肉,但是肉已经卖光了,只剩下一些猪血。和尚只能将这些猪血和菜叶炖在一起,做成了毛血旺。
