● I got no difficulty calming myself down and staying the way it is, however upsetting the surroundings can intend to be. Nature and personality rock. :)

● Yeah, I'm wondering if there is any essential difference between meditation and hypnosis. Quite intimidated by the mysterious power behind them.

○ However they have been interpreted respectively , is it rational to say that hypnosis is more scientifically backed up than meditation?
