Do you have any sisters?
Do you have any sisters and brothers?
However, things are not as simple as we usually believe. For instance, if you show off your English before a professor, he/she may ask you: "Do you have any siblings? " Usually, people do not use this word. But in the paper work, it is quite common to use "siblings" instead of "brothers and sisters".

If you are familiar with MFC, you will know there is a member function GetNextSiblingItem in the CTreeView or CTreeCtrl class.

I did use MFC several years ago in a Windows-based project, but I didn't get a chance to use CTreeView and CTreeCtrl :-( There are too many classes and too many functions in one class in VC++ :-(
