I believe most MBA programs admission do require interview, not just because you want. good luck.

7 yrs experience is not a big advantage, because the average age of people getting into MBA is around 28. You have to try harder to impress them.

Linus is still one step awayIn the production environment, few companies use Linus. The reason is that people still lack trust on Linus. If a company
needs support for linus, it usually does not know whom to contact. But things will be changing---IBM has decided to push Linus.
IBM asks all of its products be able to run at Linus. It is a credit for you to be able to play with Linus, but do not overstate it as you hunt for jobs.

linux. the guy's name is linus. maybe you can get help from Free Software Foundation(www.gnu.org) or www.linux.org. I think it means you understand unix very well if you are really good at linux.I remember Corel pushed Linux a lot, anybody knows who acquired Corel? I am too lazy to check it out.
