Really? I did't know that. what role was it? I was offered the project lead role from both internal and external ( the consulting service providers...we all know who they are)

为啥不一样?他的公司就他一人啊?全部钱都归他的,又不用给别人。公司名字就是他个人的名字。难到就是因为一个是full time contract,一个是part time contract?

thats completely different. My corp to corp rate was over 300. There are lots of overhead and admin value small corp/ headhunter/ IT agent won't be able to provide..

这个不一样。这是公司的花费,不是合同工的收入。你的这个consultant一个人开公司,那么他 IT 方便的收入是七、八十,其余是公司收入。

I was a high-rate contractor for many yearsNow I am in middle management in crown corp ..My rate was way above $100/ hr and my clinet think I worth the rate.
However its not nice to use it as a filtering criteria for friends or for future spouse. My spouse and I met early on when we had nothing. We worked hard for where we are and what we have. We share every penny we earn..

I am a woman :)My spouse is at VP level now..I was confident that I can make to 150K/year full time or 150/ hr as a contractor before I reach 35, but if I use that as my filtering standard, I probably will never find my hubby.. We are together because there is something that is called love and passion for life...

How much she makes? If her income is above 80k, I think she is not demanding. Otherwise, she needs to get her income up before she ask for high income partner.High income earner is not stupid. They do not want to be othet's sugar dad. Some laywers and high income earner I knew all expect their partners have decent income as well.

Well. You pay what you get. If guy like a pretty vase, he needs to spend lots of money and efforts to maintain in his rest of life. No free lunch here.Normally pretty girl is very high maintenance. If her income is not high enough to cover her maintenance expense, the partner has to cover.

Your comments put women as dependent to the men , which
Is a kind of insulting . Women ask to be treated equally for years and women haveProven to be self sufficient in various aspects. The foundation of marriage should not based on pure materialism . Money is important to our life and marriage, but money should not be using as primary measurement to find partner.

it is not about materialism. it is about the foundation of masculinity -- I seriously doubt a homeless panhandler roaming in downtown Toronto can be attractive in a "masculine" way.

300,000 for a CEO is way too below average. In 2008, CEO of Rogers Communications eared $21.5 million. Average annual income for top CEO in 2008 was $7 million.
