I hope this email finds you well. A .Net Developer is required for our client located in Markham, Ontario. The client is looking to hire a candidate for a permanent opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities

•Development of IT systems aiming to meet or exceed the company's revenue, growth and profitability targets
•Work with IT Services Manager, QA Analyst, Systems Developers and Business Users to maintain and enhance computer systems, and to review and understand requirements
•Participate in Scrum meetings
•Perform system development work to maintain and enhance current and future systems following best practices and unit testing
•Provide escalated application support to end users
•Work as a member of the cross function project teams and assist with the timely implementation of IT and other projects
•Other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Experience

•Full stack knowledge of Microsoft .Net Frameworks 2.0 and greater
•Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or greater
•SSIS and SSRS experience
•3 or more years of experience in IT Systems Development
•Experience in full stack of solutions (web, web services, and windows applications)
•Javascript Frameworks (JQuery, Angular, Angular 2.0)
•CSS Frameworks (Bootstrap, jQueryUI, Ionic)
•Unit Testing
•Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and apply systems development techniques
•Strong problem solving abilities, decisiveness, communication and interpersonal skills and accountability
