    • 不需要什么出生公证,亲属公证了吗? 谢谢
      • 亲属公证
      • According to the instruction in the application from, 不需要!
        • "Certificate of bank balance from TD Bank Financial Group. ", 好像也没要求阿,是不是为了保险起见?
          • Yes, it is not required in the application kit. But......
本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛But, when the commissioner prepared the invitation letter at Legal Aid Office, I saw they have to do it according to a specific format. There is a sentence that says"...and they have ???? money in bank account." Since it has been mentioned in the invation letter , and me and my husband don't have any income except that little stipend, we decided to provide the
" Certificate of bank balance from TD Bank Financial Group". I think it is a basic principle: if you mentioned anything anywhere in the application, then you should provide support documentation to prove it. Don't leave the officer there wondering or guessing anything or think he will contact you for more documents. If he is not kind enough, he might don't bother to think of anything else and simplely reject your application. Also, Visa officer don't just look at a single document to decide if he should grant a visa to the applicant, he will based on all the documentation that you have submitted to make his decision. Hope this helps and good luck!更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
    • Do I really need "certified" copy of PR card and passport (or citizen card)? On its website, it only said "photocopy of....." Thanks.
      • I don't think you need a certified copy.
        • Yes, I don't think you have to certify it. But if you can do it without any trouble, why not?
    • what is the confirmation letter of eligibility to graduate for *** ? (where can I get it).
      • Sorry, this is my specific situation. It may not apply to every one.
I will graduate from University soon. That letter is from the Registrar's Office at the University to confirm that I wil be eligibleto graduate by the end of April. To visit us for the graduation ceremony is the main purpose for my parents-in-law's application.
Like I said earlier, besides the required documents, you should submit all documentation that you think is necessary in order to convince the visa officer to issue the visa. Good luck!
        • Hi juliesj, my case is exactly same as yours. Can you provide one sample invitation letter for me. Thanks,
    • Thanks for your information. But I don't understand
what's the different abut "5. Certified true copy of ***'s Canadian Citizen Card and Citizenship Certificate. (I have this done at the same legal aid office)
      6. Certified true copy of ###'s Canadian Citizen Card and Citizenship Certificate. (I have this done at the same legal aid office) "
and how to get the Legal Aid Office, how much they cost for that?
      • go to http://www.cleo.on.ca/english/pub/onpub/PDF/feb03/glhtor.pdf to find the one close to you.
        1. I know some of them charge you $30 dollars for the invitation letter. Some are free if you are a student . You have to call them to find out.
        2. **** refers to my husband and ### is me.
        • Thanks. Can I issue the invite letter by myself?
