早些年，天朝内当长工，一次是给国企，一次是给外资企业。都是既定的 business，无悬念。
到了美帝，给州政府当 Contractor，工作不难，环境也不错，周围人和气。最烦的就是 Contract 续还是不续。原来说的是 3 月的项目，左一个 extention 右一个 replacemenet，不知不觉几年下来。后来因为上学通勤太远，classmate 意见太大。就不再去了。说起来 Job Security 是最大的隐患。
后来自己当 independent contractor。开始吃了上顿没下顿。后来总结吃了上顿没下顿是常态，也就不纠结了。实际情况是上顿要吃完的时候，下顿都是突如其来的冒出来。所以 Job Security 不再是隐患，大概是虱子多了不咬的笑果。现在犯愁的是不知道怎么能扩大规模。

有个重要的信息没有说 -- 现在 job 和 job 之间还是有空档，就算是 Job 不停的来，也不能把人的时间都塞得满满的，这样 stress 太高，出错返工的概率就会增加。好在我有个自己的 land development，员工没有 outside job 的时候，就忙自己的 land development，也借机修整缓冲，我也维持了员工的 job security。message for you -- 自己找些 side business，不停的找，总会有机会的。找不到拉倒，找到了，也不要作为 core business。
